All orders are shipped from our warehouse in US or China. During the order process we will let you know when we will deliver the product to you. Delivery will normally be made within 10 working days.

We are liable for items that are lost or damaged during delivery.

Cancellation & Returns

No transaction is concluded until you have received and accepted your order. You may cancel an order at any time for any or no reason prior to receiving your Product. If you do so, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price.

Returns
If your item does not fulfill your expectations or if you for some other reason are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your unused item to us. We offer a 30 day return policy, meaning that you have 30 days as of the date you received your item to return/postmark your order.

The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging together with all its content. When the return has been approved, you will receive a refund from us within 30 days of us having received the item.

You shall bear the logistics expenses incurred in returns.

• The reason for your return
